篩選子歧管用于篩選充氣流體中可能堵塞充氣端口的固體，或放置在球座上以防止球形密封。在許多連續(xù)油管工作中，可能會在流體供應中出現(xiàn)以前工作過程中的沙子或其他固體。
特點與優(yōu)勢：
篩選子歧管里面放置兩個線包裹的過濾器。金屬絲包裹可以保護金屬絲網(wǎng)過濾器，并篩出大顆粒固體。被泵送到油管的流體通過過濾器篩出固體。篩選子歧管配備了翼狀接頭，便于安裝泵管路。過濾器是63微米，可以阻止小型固體。 堵頭標有箭頭來指示流體流動的方向。
產(chǎn)品組裝：
1.用油脂輕輕涂抹所有線路。
2.將堵頭(9)放在虎鉗中。
3.將Weco組件(3)的Weco母頭組裝到堵頭上。
4.將管接頭(7)組裝到堵頭(9)上。
5.將過濾管組件(5)組裝到管接頭(7)上。
6.將3/4"管塞(2)安裝到過濾管組件(5)中。
7.將密封圈(1)安裝到聯(lián)軸器(8)中。
8.將聯(lián)軸器(8)放置到過濾管組件(5)，并將聯(lián)軸器(8)與堵頭(9)連接。
9.將短接(6)放置到過濾管組件(5)，并連接至聯(lián)軸器(8)。
10.將密封圈(1)安裝到楔形件(4)中。
11. 將楔形件(4)組裝到短接(6)中。
12.將Weco組件(3)的Weco公頭組裝到楔形件(4)中。

Baker Screen Sub Manifold

Introduction
The Screen Sub Manifold is used to screen out solids in the Inflation fluid that might plug the inflation ports or lodge on a ball seat preventing a setting ball form sealing. In many coiled tubing jobs there may be sand or other solids in the fluid supply from previous jobs.
Features/Benefits
The Screen Sub Manifold houses two wire wrapped filters inside. The wire wrapping protects the wire mesh filter and also screens out large particles. Fluid being pumped to the tubing goes through the filters screening out solids. The Screen Sub Manifold is equipped with wing unions for ease of make up to the lines from the pumps. The filters are 63 micron so they will stop small solids. The Bottom Sub is marked with an arrow to indicate the direction of the fluid flow.
Assembly
1. Lightly coat all threads with grease.
2. Place Bottom Sub (9) in vise.
3. Make up Weco Female Sub portion of the Weco Union (3) to Bottom Sub.
4. Make up the Pipe Nipples (7) to the Bottom Sub (9).
5. Make up the Filter Tube Assemblies (5) to the Pipe Nipples (7).
6. Install the 3/4 Pipe Plugs (2) into the Filter Tube Assemblies (5).
7. Install the Seal rings (1) into the Coupling (8).
8. Slide the Coupling (8) over the Filter Tube Assemblies (5) and make up to the Coupling (8) to the Bottom Sub (9).
9. Slide the Pup Joint (6) over the Filter Tube Assemblies (5) and make up to the Coupling (8).
10. Install the Seal Ring (1) into the Swedge (4).
11. Make up the Swedge (4) to the Pup Joint (6).
12. Make up the Weco male Sub portion of the Weco Union (3) to the Swedge (4).
